Delivery & Returns

Standard delivery service is included FREE for all orders over £50, excluding VAT, within UK mainland only. This service will be delivered weekdays in the manufacturers' packaging with all instructions for assembly and maintenance.

Delivery is made within 7 working days of receipt of order/payment subject to stock availability. If your item is not in stock we will place on back order and advice you immediately. In this circumstance you have the right to cancel the order within 7 working days from notification. For bespoke wheelchairs, Rise & Recline beds or chairs & Powerchairs there will be a 6 week maximum lead time.

Engineer appointed delivery service is included FREE for all Pavement, 6/8mph Scooters, Rise & Recline chairs, Beds and Powerchairs within the Worcestershire, Herefordshire & Gloucestershire Areas. This service includes delivery to your door, assembly and instruction on how to use the product. This service is available to all other UK mainland areas upon request. Please contact us for a quotation if required.

As part of the conditions of sale, customers are required to inspect all goods on receipt and state on the Courier's documentation details of damage to either the packaging or the goods. Where this is not done, and the Courier subsequently disputes liability, we will not be responsible for the costs associated with repair or replacement. In all cases damage to goods should be reported to us immediately by calling any of the above numbers. All products leave us in a good condition.

Cancellation & Returns

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR's) Countrywide Mobility Services Ltd gives customers a 14 day "cooling off" period in which orders can be canceled after the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods, if you require to return or exchange the product(s) you will be personally responsible for return delivery incurring any delivery cost but will receive a full refund for the product purchased providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition. We do recommend that you pay for a tracked/signed delivery for your protection. If you would like to return or exchange your products please contact us on any of the above numbers, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or Saturday 10am to 3pm. If you are unable to return the product to us we can provide this service for you at various fees depending on type of product(s) you are returning.

Returned product(s) must be complete, unused, in an undamaged state and returned in their original outer packaging. If products are not in a re-saleable condition on return Countrywide Mobility Services Ltd reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to Countrywide Mobility Services Ltd. Products that are specifically tailored to the individual needs are excluded.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt of goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
